Essessor – The Only Online Interview System
Send your job candidates (both internal and external) to this internet site for screening. It uses Behavior Description Interviewing, which is research proven to have the highest accuracy of any interviewing technique. It can reduce screening costs as much as 30% and increase screening accuracy as much as 300%.
The site has two components.
Our client employers use e.ssessor™ to create behaviorally described job profiles (using the same techniques used in our research) and to track and communicate with their candidates. They may also download screening and selection tools that are customized for each job and each candidate.
Candidates use e.ssessor™ to build personal performance profiles. While they are coached to include the typical ‘resume’ and ‘bio’ data as well as their work-environment preferences, they are also encouraged (even bribed) to provide their best behaviorally described Performance Examples (several specific examples of past performance in relevant situations).
The candidate is also prompted to provide any additional ‘top up’ information that our client employers have specifically requested.
